I'm stuck and my new deployment is queued forever - it won't start.

Your "worker" service in the "hopeful-art" project is currently in a REMOVING state, and there are no build or runtime logs for the latest deployment, which is consistent with it being queued and not yet started. As a Hobby plan user, your deployments can be paused during high-traffic periods when Pro/Enterprise users are prioritized - you would see a "Limited Access" indicator in your dashboard if this is the case. Queued deployments will automatically process when capacity frees up, or you can upgrade to the Pro plan to bypass the queue entirely.
