Issuing TLS certificate for Root Domain Takes forever. Can Railway help? I make the cheerful-illumination project again. TLS issues happened since yesterday.

You have added and removed those domains many times, thus exceeding your certificate issue limit within a 7-day timespan.
You will need to remove those domains and add them back in 68 hours.
