Issuing TLS certificate is stuck

My woodstockrenewal.com TLS certificate will not issue, but the www.woodstockrenewal.com TLS certificate did issue. This is also causing me to not be able to receive emails to my info@woodstockrenewal.com account (i think).

The domain is being hosted by Squarespace so I reached out to them, and they said the DNS records looked good and linked on their end so they said to reach out to you guys. Can you please help me with this?

Thank you,

Sam Buckler

Did you add both @ and www into Railway and Squarespace?

Yes but im not sure if they're configured properly. I attached a screenshot. Does this look right? Before, I had my @ Alias set to what railway told me but it wasn't working. So i tried changing it to the railway name.

You should only be setting the record to what Railway has given you, not the public URL.

What I would try is to try and use Cloudflare's DNS and see if this solves the issue.
