My custom domain TLS certificate has expired, and the system has stalled issuing a new one. Please help!

We identified that the TLS certificate issuance for pilot.blockchainpharma.co.uk had stalled. Your DNS is correctly configured, so we've re-triggered the certificate issuance. It should complete within a few minutes.
