My custom domain myvips.com.br doesnt generate an SSL certificate and it tells me that my domain isnt secure. Why is that ? and what can i do to fix it ?

I'm able to access your site just fine.
Have you tried accessing your site through an incognito window? This might just be a browser caching issue.
