paid for hobby, its saying on the app that its still free and i cant redeploy my site but its come out of my bank, whats going on

Your workspace is set to Hobby but is currently showing an inactive state, which explains why it appears as free and blocks deployments. We can confirm successful charges on the account, so the payment did go through. Resubscribing from your workspace billing page should reactivate the plan, but if it doesn't, reply here and we'll sort it out.

Not paying twice for the same thing, no. Your $5 payment on June 17 covered your previous billing cycle. After that, the subscription itself ended, so the plan went inactive even though that invoice was settled. To get back up and running, you'll need to start a new Hobby subscription from your billing page for $5, which covers your plan going forward. The $0.91 credit already on your account will apply toward future usage automatically.
