KeyCloak deployment is failing directly from template without any changes made on it.

Edit, I was not able to reproduce any errors, please provide both the build and deploy logs -

I had this same issue, but it was because I hadn't upgraded to the Hobby plan yet (was still on Free Trial). Maybe resource limitations of the trial? Upgrading to Hobby resolved
