Two of our services in EU went down briefly about 15 minutes ago serving 500s with the same error message:
Knex: Timeout acquiring a connection. The pool is probably full. Are you missing a .transacting(trx) call?
We don't use Knex, so wondering whether this was a brief incident?

We had an incident this morning affecting stateful workloads in EU-West. These errors are likely related to that outage as the time reported lines up. We're sorry to hear that this affected your workloads. This should be resolved now so I am going to mark this as solved.
