Hello,
It would be extremely difficult for us to give you any pricing estimates since Railway is usage based.
The Hobby plan subscription costs a minimum of $5 a month, and that comes with $5 in resources usage.
CPU, Mem, Storage, Network -- are all resources, and you are charged only for what you used.
