LIbreChat doesn't sleep

I've setup LibreChat using the official template, I've set all services to sleep when possible. However the LibreChat service itself never sleeps even when there is no usage, do you know why and how I can achieve that?

In short, it simply may not be possible to have all applications sleep due to the way they are architectured.
