How can i php artisan serve and php artisan websockets:serve in my laravel deployment?

My problem now is when i try the WS Config on my localhost it works fine i receive the message. But when i try the deployed one it returns success but can't broadcast the message. I use two deployed laravel 1 for api and 1 for websockets. Please help meeee
