Hi team,

We've been experiencing a sudden and significant increase in response times across multiple services since approximately Sep 1, 2026 at 13:45 GMT+9 (04:45 UTC).

A few details:

  • Region: Singapore
  • The issue started at roughly the same time across two separate services
  • No deployments or configuration changes were made around the time the issue started
  • Request volume increased somewhat, but the latency change was very abrupt and occurred simultaneously across both services
  • p90 / p95 / p99 response times all increased significantly

Based on the graphs, this appears to be an infrastructure or regional issue rather than an application-level regression, especially since two independent services were affected at nearly the exact same time.

I've attached screenshots from both services showing the traffic, request volume, error rate, and response time before and after the issue started.

Could you please check whether there were any infrastructure, networking, host, or regional performance issues in the Singapore region around 04:45 UTC on Sep 1?

Would you mind sending screenshots at a 3d and 7d view if at all possible? 🙏
