Latency issues and inconsistency

Hello,

2 days ago I started noticing massive latency drops and inconsistency on this service. Please see the attached screenshot. The dev environment is running the same setup with no issues. Please let me know any additional information needed for troubleshooting.

To follow up on this, the first instance of this happening was March 6th at 12:45 AM EST, and it isn't localized to just this cron route. See attached.
