My deploys are showing "Limited Access — Deploys have been paused temporarily on my X-prediction-model service.

Account state:

- Hobby plan is active

- Card is active and verified

- Workspace usage: $0.00 / $5.00 (well under cap)

- Agent Usage Limit not exceeded

- No payment failures or warnings in Billing

- I just signed up and added a custom domain (api.monsterstdio.co) earlier today

Service is online and serving traffic at api.monsterstdio.co, but I can't

push new deploys. The most recent deploy went through ~1 hour ago, but

deploys after that are blocked.

Could you check what's holding my account?
