Hi Railway Support Team,
I have a production backend deployed on Railway under the Hobby plan. In the Deployments view I’m seeing the banner “Limited Access — Builds are delayed”, and new builds/deploys are getting stuck or taking a long time.
Could you please confirm:
What is the specific reason this message is appearing on my project/account? (e.g., platform incident, build queue capacity, plan limitation, billing/usage limits)
Whether my running production service is affected, or only new builds/deploys
The recommended steps to resolve or mitigate it (settings to change, retry strategy, or whether upgrading the plan is required)
If you need any details, which logs/IDs should I send (project name, service name, deployment ID, timestamps)
Thanks in advance,
ELI

I'm having this issue as well. Just started getting it.

Thanks for confirming — the banner has disappeared on my side now.
However, the deployment is still stuck on “Applying 1 change” and it doesn’t move past that step.
Are you seeing the same thing, or did yours eventually finish?

Yeah, I’m seeing the same on my end. It looks like a Railway-side issue, so there isn’t much we can do except wait for it to clear.
Hopefully they resolve it soon — this is a production project for a client, so the delay is pretty critical.

Yeah I cannot get deployments to actually finish. no idea what's going on.. the last one just failed with no logs and no way to retry

yeah! Mine is working again now — Railway is back to normal on my end and the deployment went through successfully.
