"Limited Access — Deploys have been paused temporarily"

Hi! I just upgraded my account from Trial to Hobby plan and confirmed the payment, but my project still shows "Limited Access — Deploys have been paused temporarily" and clicking Redeploy gives the same error toast. Can you check why my account is still in limited mode?

We experienced an incident earlier today that caused elevated numbers of queued deploys. We prioritized resources for Pro and Enterprise users during a high-traffic period. This has since been resolved and deploy times are back to normal. Your queued deploys should now go through without issues.
