Services that are already deployed and running are not affected. Any deploy you trigger during the pause will need to be triggered again once builds resume. You can follow updates at the incident link above.

Builds are back for Hobby workspaces now, so the Limited Access banner should be gone. Anything you tried to deploy during the pause will need to be triggered again.
