Deploys have been paused temporarily
No billing limited, enough credit. However I cannot use server anymore. I don't know why.

There is an active incident for deployment slowness that we are currently monitoring after pushing a fix. You can track the progress here: https://status.railway.com/incident/cmmkr9l3r03qzvykhop0phksw.
We had to pause deployments (all your active workloads would be completely unaffected and not impacted during this time) but these have been re-enabled for all users now. We're now monitoring the incident and really very sorry for the impact!
