i have not deployed even once and already i see that i am paused.
i must say that my experience with Railway is not good.
i am unable to deploy my project even after i paid for hobby plan.
also i can ask Railway privately.
this is ridiculous.

Hey, sorry about this. This was caused by a build queue backlog that followed a prior outage. During recovery, deploys were temporarily paused while the queue drained. This has since been fully resolved and builds are processing normally for all plans. You should be good to deploy now!
