Hey, I can't seem to redeploy my webapps. I've switched to a payed account but not sure why it doesn't let me deploy. The help agent says it's on a system level?

Yup, not an issue on your side. This type of thing usually happens when a very high volume of deploys are made which causes a large queue on Railway's infrastructure. They then pause lower tiers to allow the queue to clear.
I don't know if this is what's happening in this case, but if this is the case then the time of resolution can vary depending on how large the queue is. Basically meaning I don't know, can be cleared within the next few minutes or it might take another 2 hours to clear
i have the same problem i have an error with limited acces deploys have been paused temporarily how can i fix this or is this just an temporarily issue with railway

it's just a temporary issue with Railway, it'll be fixed soon

I don't think your bot being randomly offline is related to the ongoing incident as it doesn't affect currently running workloads.
the bot came back online but the limited acces deploys have been paused temporarily has came back when is this gonna be fixed permanent
