Hello, I have an active Hobby Workspace, but my project shows “Limited Access – Deploys have been paused temporarily”.
My Telegram bot currently has no active deployment and I cannot deploy it again.

Could you please check why deployments are paused for my workspace and restore deployment access?

Your Hobby workspace is active, has no restrictions on it, and you are an Admin on it, so the pause is not coming from your account or billing.
The "Limited Access - Deploys have been paused temporarily" banner lines up with an open incident, API degradation causing slow or stuck deployments, which is still in the investigating stage, and new deploys for PrivatBalanceBot are held while it is open. We can't give a specific time for when deploys will resume.
