I recently purchased a new subscription plan for my Railway account, but I'm still experiencing "limited access" restrictions. My previous free tier subscription has expired, and I've already completed the payment for the new plan.

However, the system is not allowing me to deploy services. When I try to redeploy, I get a message saying "Deploys have been paused temporarily."

Could you please help me activate my new subscription and remove the limited access restriction?
