Hello Railway Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my project deployment on Railway. My project (10xer-web) is showing a “Limited Access – Non pro plan deploys are temporarily paused while we fix the underlying issue” message. Because of this, I am unable to proceed with deployments.
Details:
- Project Name: 10xer
- Deployment URL: https://10xer-production.up.railway.app/
- Region: us-east4-eqdc4a
- Recent Activity: Last deployment (update this /api/organization) was successful 2 hours ago, but deployments are now restricted due to the “Limited Access” limitation.
- Plan: Non-Pro
This issue is blocking my ability to deploy further updates and continue development. Could you please clarify:
- The estimated time for resolution of this limitation?
- If upgrading to a Pro plan will immediately restore deployment capability?
- Any possible workarounds in the meantime?

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 It says "Non pro plan deploys are temporarily paused..." but the button is still "Upgrade to Hobby"
- 📚 Deployments
- 🧵 Error

I think this is a platform wide issue - I'm on the pro plan and cannot deploy either

Yup we've had to disable all deployments on the platform due to this incident - apologies, we don't have an ETA for when it'll be up, but we will publish a post-mortem about this incident once it is resolved.
