My service is stuck with "Limited Access - Deploys have been paused temporarily".
I am on Hobby plan and private support is unavailable, but this is a production outage.
Usage and billing are within limits.
Please escalate to Railway team for manual unpause.

I accidentally marked this as resolved. The issue persists: Limited Access and deployments are still paused. Please reopen and manually unpause production deploys.

Hey, sorry about this. This was caused by a build queue backlog that followed a prior outage. During recovery, deploys were temporarily paused while the queue drained. This has since been fully resolved and builds are processing normally for all plans. You should be good to deploy now!
