i need update my project with new deployment but got issue that deployment is limited for now

Your account and billing are in good standing. What you're seeing is the limited access deployment pause, which can temporarily affect Hobby-tier users during periods of high platform demand. Your queued deployments will automatically process once the pause lifts, and no action is needed on your part. If you need to deploy immediately, upgrading to the Pro plan bypasses this restriction entirely.
