This happens when Railway tries to analyze your GitHub to ensure that it's authentic but failed to gather enough information to prove its legitimacy. This usually happens when your GitHub account is too new or too inactive to have enough information on it.
In this case it seems you made your GitHub account 5 hours ago
Unfortunately, you'll have to upgrade to hobby plan to deploy code on Railway
