Listmonk removed after trial and data no longer available

Hi,

I had a trial for six months and had listmonk installed. However, the trial has expired and actually I wasn't aware of it. Now, I've changed to a hobby account and wanted to redeploy the listmonk app, but this fails, when reconnection to the database is requested:

What could be the problem?
Actually, I'm afraid that all the data stored in the database is lost.

Problem solved, I had to redeploy postgres beforehand, which was also removed

This happened to me and I wasn't even on trial, just a hobby plan. All my databases got deleted.

jigzstar, are you talking about legacy databases? if so, yes they where removed and there were numerous notifications for this throughout the last several months across all notifications channels that railway has with their users, if you missed all of these warnings you will need to open a new thread and request an archive of your data.
