Hobby plan, Serverless is off. Cold query to my database: ~520ms. Warm queries on the same connection: ~64ms (confirmed via direct Prisma timing). Yet real API requests through the app consistently take ~3s end to end. Neon and Prisma client setup both check out — client is a singleton, warm DB latency is fine. Where's the remaining ~2.5s going?
