Locked out of account due to 2FA – Looking for guidance on ownership verification process

Hello Railway Team and Community,

I am currently locked out of my main Railway account due to 2FA authentication. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my recovery codes and cannot complete the login process.

I am looking for guidance on the correct and secure process to verify account ownership and recover access.

Below is the non-sensitive information I can safely share publicly:

  • Login Method Used: Email / Password
  • Associated GitHub Account: https://github.com/gabriel-athia/
  • Approximate Account Creation Date: 08 / 2025
  • Workspace / Project Context (High Level Only): • Pipefy Integration • Xero Integration
  • Technical Context: • Backend services deployed using Python + Gunicorn
  • Use case includes APIs and Databases
  • Billing Status: Hobby

I still have access to:

• The email associated with the account

• The original GitHub account

Additionally, I have already created the repository “Railway-2FA-Reset” in my linked GitHub account in case it is needed for verification.

I can provide additional verification if required through a secure/private channel.

I would really appreciate guidance on the best way to proceed.
