locked out of account while trying to rearrange projects

Hello, I've been locked out of my account while trying to arrange projects and workspaces

getting this message (train was derailed) and when i click on reload it shows sign in with github and when i click that i get that the request or i were banned (the second image)

how can I get back into my dashboard?

Can you explain what you mean by arranging projects and workspaces, since those cannot be arranged.

i think last i transfered a project to another workspace
