When I tried to login railway using terminal
I got the error=>

Caused by:
0: error decoding response body
1: expected value at line 1 column 1

When I logout and tried to login again. it works, but When I want to initial a new project, get the error, it let me logout again, I did logout many times and login back, it did not work.
