I'm trying to log in with email but the code never arrives. I've checked spam folders. I've logged several times via email before. My account is not linked to Github or Google login (and I'd rather not do that while logged out).

This is out of our hands. Our auth provider, Magic, uses their own email provider, which has likely flagged your email address as spammy and stopped delivering to it.

Now I lost access to my account because an external vendor thinks my email address is spammy?
I'm sorry but that answer is unacceptable. Can you at least tell me how to/help me change my email?

You can log in with GitHub. We won't be modifying user email accounts on their behalf, that's a strict boundary we cannot cross.
won't I be banned if I log in with Github due to the multi-account policy? I heard stories
... apparently logging in with Github worked without creating a new account. (I clicked accidentally.)
