I love Railway when it works, but I can't begin to tally up the number of hours spent trying to troubleshoot a mysterious issue in prod only to find out it was an unreported Railway outage. I'm currently trying to push a security update to a service that several clients rely on, but it isn't working as expected and I cannot see the logs so I can't make any progress. It is agonizing.
I guess I'll go to Chipotle while Railway restores core functionality for the umpteenth time this week.

Same here. i have been trying to push an update, and before that need logs to analyse if the previous one worked, but been trying to download logs for the last 45 min

We have identified and resolved the issue causing logs to load slowly or fail to load in the Railway dashboard. Log loading has returned to normal and we have been monitoring for stability. We apologize for any disruption this caused and appreciate your patience.
