Logs page is empty but the logs from service level are present

Hi, my logs page is empty for all relative time filters but works for time range filters. Logs in the service level (Deploy logs, http logs) are filled and accurate. What am I missing here?

Is this also the case if you select longer relative time filters in the Log Explorer, such as "1 week ago"? Do you have any other filters in place in the Log Explorer that you don't have in the Service Panel logs?
