Logs unavailable for one project environment

I have a project containing development and production environments. Both are currently running the same deployment on separate services.

Since the outages a few days ago, the production environment logs have been spotty, lagging and now non-existent. The dev environment logs are normal.

I can see that others are having the same issues. Why is this not flagged on status.railway.com?

If you need further details to isolate the issue please let me know.

Hey there,

This was due to issues we had with new hosts, it should be fixed now.

Thanks for your reply. It does appear to be back to normal. In fact it returned to almost normal just after i deployed an emergency db logger. Just my luck. slightly_smiling_face emoji
