Long delay between publishing changes to GitHub repo and starting Railway deployment

Hi,

In the last days - there is a long delay time between publishing changes to my Django project GitHub repo and STARTING the Railway deployment process. it can be between several minutes up to 15 minutes delay, where in the past it took only few seconds..

What can be the problem?

Is that something relating to overload in railway side, or something in my side?

I didn't make any significant changes in my side..

During high traffic periods, we queue deployments for Hobby tier users rather than processing them immediately - you'd see a "Limited Access" indicator in the dashboard when this happens. Other users have recently reported similar delays, some related to platform incidents affecting our build infrastructure. We are working to eliminate these delays.
