I am deploying a postgres db and docker image from https://zero.rocicorp.dev/ in the same project. In the logs I get this warning:average ping to upstream db@postgres.railway.internal: 15.59 ms
Ideally it should be below 5ms I think, both the docker image and postgres are in the same region (Oregon US)
What steps can I take to try to decrese this number?

Hello,
I would suggest you move the services over to Metal, we are going to be deprecating non-Metal regions soon, so we cannot provide any support for them at this time.
