I was logged out, and I can't remember which email address I used to sign in. I've tried all the ones I have, but none of them work. I have screenshots, access to the Git repository, and the card used to purchase the plan—everything needed to prove I own the account. I’d like to know if there’s a way to get the associated email address or find another way to regain access.

For security, we authenticate exclusively through external providers (GitHub, Google, email) and support cannot reveal, change, or bypass the login identity on any account, regardless of proof of ownership. This is a security boundary that protects every account on the platform.
The two routes back in are: recover access to the original provider account (e.g. through GitHub's or Google's account recovery), or sign in with a different method that was already linked to your Railway account. If neither of those works, there is no support-side path we can offer. Sorry we don't have better news.

I have access to GitHub, but when I log in, it takes me to a blank account with no projects.

That means your original Railway account was created with a different login method, likely a different GitHub account, Google, or an email address. The GitHub you're signing in with now is connecting to a separate, empty Railway account. We can't reveal which login method or identity is tied to the original account, as that's part of the same security boundary. If you have access to any other GitHub accounts, Google accounts, or email addresses you might have used, try signing in with each of those to find the one linked to your projects.
