Lost access to 2FA authenticator and no recovery codes — need 2FA reset

I lost access to my 2FA authenticator app and I do not have my recovery codes.

I am still logged in on one session, but "Disable 2FA" and "Re-generate Codes"

both require the authenticator code, which I no longer have.

Could you please help me reset/disable 2FA on my account?
