Hello Railway Community,
I need help recovering access to an existing Railway project.
After reinstalling Windows and logging back into Railway, my old project is no longer visible in my dashboard.
The production application is still online and working normally, including its persistent database/volume.
Project name: mellow-unity
Service name: shimmering-quietude
I am currently logged into Railway, but only a different/new project appears in my dashboard.
What is the correct procedure to identify the account/workspace that owns my existing project and recover access to it?
I do not want to recreate or redeploy the project because the existing production service and persistent database are still working.
Thank you.

The project you named isn't in any workspace on the account you're signed in to now, so it belongs to a different Railway account. We can't look up, identify, or grant access to another account or its projects, whatever details are provided. This is a security boundary that protects every account.
There are two ways back in. You can sign in with the same provider account you originally used to create that project. Or you can use another sign-in method that was already linked to that Railway account. Once you're signed in to the right account, the project will be there as it is, and you won't need to recreate or redeploy anything.
