Hi Support Team,
I hope you're doing well.
Unfortunately, I have lost both my password and recovery codes for the Cash Tools admin account. I'm currently writing from a different (free) account. The production environment is live at https://app.cash.tools and is actively being used by clients, so regaining administrative access is quite urgent.
I can provide the admin email address associated with the account if needed.
Could you please help me reset my credentials or grant new access?

We can help with resetting 2FA/recovery codes, but verification needs to be tied to the account that needs the reset. Since this thread is tied to a different account, please email us at support from the email address associated with your Cash Tools admin account. That will create a thread linked to the correct account, and we can run the standard verification flow from there.
