Hey, for some reason I lost all my usage credits, I had ~10$ left, when I go to check the billing its all says 0$ and I can't even view previous months billing. I got a message that all deployments are paused because my trial ended but that was false, everything still worked. I bought a new Hobby subscription plan just in case but this is wrong.

Hey Daniel, sorry you lost your credits — have refunded the invoice for your new hobby plan and added a credit balance in our payment provider for $5. Please let us know if that doesn't kick in with your next bill and we'll sort you out.
