My database has disappeared. The message says "there are no table". was working fine yesterday. Not sure what happened today.
I don't have a backup. Is there a way to recover ?

Without backups enabled before the data loss, we're unable to recover your database tables. Your Postgres service is currently running, but we don't have any prior backup data to restore from.

How can data just vanish from my account ? I noticed that the connection url to this network changed from yesterday to today. Would that help in locating my data files ? I can share the url's with you if that would help ?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - the deployment history shows multiple deploy and remove actions on February 11, with at least 6 service removals within about an hour. A changed connection URL indicates a new database instance was created - when a database service is deleted and recreated, it generates new credentials and starts with empty tables, and data from the previous instance is not retained.
