I was working on a free plan and asked to upgrade, which <I did and now I cannot retrieve my data and workflow with n8n. I am using the same email. Can you help me urgently please thanks

now it seems I am logged into this https://primary-production-e551c2.up.railway.app/shared/workflows but empty, none of my workflows and credentials

You didn't lose anything, you deployed a new N8N install an hour ago before opening this thread.
You would want to be using the N8N that you deployed 10 days ago -
