I have lost my passkey to my main account, Please provide help to reset this, I can provide billing details or by creating a repository in the organization. under the recent deployment's. Please look into it quickly.

The account linked to this thread doesn't have any passkeys enabled, so it sounds like the reset is needed on a different account. Since the passkey challenge can only verify the account tied to this thread, we'll need you to open a support request from the email address on the account that needs the passkey removed. That way ownership verification can run against the correct account.

I couldn't login to the email because of passkey, and if i can login to ask to reset the passkey, i wouldn't be here in the first place.

Thanks for sharing that. Since the passkey reset is needed on the account tied to muad@autoviz.io, please open a new support thread from that email address. Ownership verification will continue on that thread, as it needs to run against the account that actually has the passkey.

I CANNOT LOGIN DUE TO THE PASSKEY IS LOST! I NEED TO RESET THE PASSKEY IN ORDER TO LOGIN! INORDER TO CREATE A THREAD I NEED TO LOGIN!!!! call your agent, team, or someone in charge thank you :)

We understand the frustration. The passkey reset needs to happen on the account tied to muad@autoviz.io, but this thread is tied to a different account that has no passkeys. To verify ownership of the affected account, please send an email to us from muad@autoviz.io. This serves as the ownership check for that account, and no Railway login is needed to send that email. Verification will continue on the thread created from it.

Since the passkey is on your muad@autoviz.io account (not this thread's account), verification has to run against that one. To start, compose an email from your muad@autoviz.io inbox to Railway's support inbox, just saying you need your passkey removed. You do not need to log into Railway to send it. That email will create a new support thread tied to the correct account, and the verification steps will continue from there.
