Lost postgres data on metal migrate

We lost pur data on the automatic deploy to metal. I got an email that said:

Deploy Crashed!

Uh oh. Your deployment for Volume Unpacker in Mindlytics crashed within the production environment.

I noticed a postgres-postdeply volume waiting to be mounted, but when trying to mount it, the only service option was my saas-frontend webservice, not my postgres service. I mounted it to saas-frontend anyway.

The postgres service has a "store-volume" volume.

I created some data on the emtpy postgres database after the loss, but that data is gone again. The postgres service was set to serverless, but I've unset that.

How do I find my project ID? How do I access this lost data?

There is no old/previous data in my PG database.

how have you verified that?

By going to "Data" tab and looking at the data in the tables.

there is data in the tables though?

There is just a little that one of our users added since the migration. But there is a lot missing. What is the "postgres-postdeploy" volume off to the side that has a link to "mount" it?

that is the data that was added to the volume after the data loss, the data in the database currently is what was in the database prior to the data loss

No, sorry. There was a lot of data, and it is no longer there. I started getting complaints just after the migration. Then I loaded up the database with some demo data, which disappeared again after what looked like an auto-deploy of the stack. My demo data is no longer there.

the data in the volume is what was in the database before the migration.

There were many users in this table for example:

we restored that data to what it was prior to the migration.

"the data in the volume is what was in the database before the migration." so postgress-postdeploy is my old data?

-postdeploy is the data post migration

Well, I think we'll be leaving for AWS. But thanks for looking into it.

What can I say? It ain't there.

the data that is there is the data that was there prior to the migration.

My database was empty prior to migration? You think I missed that somehow? That my user's missed that fact? I guess anything is possible now-a-days.

I cannot speak to what specific data you had in your tables prior to the migration.

Hi @Brody @Ray
I am also facing similar issue in my service, where the Postgres service got redeployed after an auto migration to metal. All the tables are lost. I tried roll back after going through the documentations, still no tables are there.
Can you please restore my previous data which were there before the auto migration happened.
The application is running in production. All the users are impacted, please help.
