Lost trial credits due to refund

Hello, I was on the trial plan and decided to upgrade to the Hobby plan. I still had credits from the trial plan so my active project was using the credits from the trial. I started having latency issues (due to metal routing) that were solved for a bit but then I started having the issues again and was told it was due to cloudflare proxying. I prefer to use cloudflare for my API so I requested a refund. I lost the trial credits and the dashboard now says that I owe $0.04 (I instantly deleted all my active services after the refund).
I still had around $2 in credits left now they are gone.
I am not asking for the credits back but I do want my account to not be in the negative since I plan to give railway another try in the future.

Your account isn't in the negative from our internal findings. The good news is that you can move to the Free Plan. This wouldn't affect your ability to continue using Railway in the future.

Why is the dashboard saying

Est Credits Required: $ 0.04

I dont have any projects or anything running.
Should I just ignore that?

Moving to the free plan made it update
Now it says Estimated bill: $ 0.00
