Railway's AI agent broke my Postgres service (Postgres-H-R3) by deleting and recreating it. My data volume (postgres-volume, 5GB) is still mounted and intact at /var/lib/postgresql/data, but the new postgres-ssl:18 container has no credentials configured (all PG variables are missing) and the public TCP proxy times out. I need help either: (1) getting the Postgres service to start with the existing data files and regenerate credentials, or (2) getting a pg_dump of my data. I'm on the Hobby plan with no support access.
