We don't have a manual project verification or review process. As long as your project complies with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, you're free to deploy and run it without prior approval. Your workspace is currently on a trial with $5 in credit. Once the trial ends, you can continue on the Free plan ($1/month in credit) or upgrade to a paid plan for uninterrupted service.
