Your Postgres service is currently in a crashed state, likely due to a full volume. You can expand the volume using the Live Resize feature by clicking on the volume in the project canvas, then clicking "Live Resize" and following the prompts. When a volume is at 100% capacity, the resize will perform an offline resize with a brief restart to run data integrity checks, which will automatically extend the filesystem.

Your volume resize from 500 MB to 5 GB didn't fully apply, which is what caused the crash. We've corrected this on our end and redeployed your Postgres service. You should now have the full 5 GB of disk space available.

We've also shipped a fix to prevent this from happening on future volume resizes.
